Royal Street, London SE1

Leading all aspects of this 5 acre, mixed-use, 1.8 million sqft project through bid, transaction, community consultation, design and planning stages. Partners: Guy's and St Thomas' Charity, The Baupost Group, Lambeth Council, King's College London, Guy's and St Thomas' NHS Foundation Trust.

St Mary's Hospital, Paddington

In an open competition, led the successful bid to secure the Masterplan Development Management role for the comprehensive redevelopment of the 8 acre hospital site including provision of a major new trauma hospital. Partner: Imperial College Healthcare Trust.

Oxford North

Commercial and property lead for a 1.0 million sqft new innovation district. Partners: St. John's College Oxford, Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan.

Television Centre

Establishment of an Energy Services Company for a major, residential, commercial and leisure development.

British Library Extension

Bidding and structuring of a joint venture to deliver new library facilities funded by commercial development. Partners: British Library, Mitsui Fudosan.

Grosvenor House, Covent Garden

Sale of student accommodation building. Partner: Network Housing.

Lendlease

The International Quarter, Stratford

Established and led the joint venture with London and Continental Railways for the development of a 4 million sqft mixed-use development adjacent to The Olympic Park.

Greenwich Peninsula

Negotiated and oversaw the £100m sale of Lendlease's interests in a joint venture with Quintain Estates & Development.

London 2012 Athletes' Village

Led Lendlease's team negotiating a development agreement with the Olympic Delivery Authority and oversaw the investment appraisal of the £1.2 billion project.

Elephant & Castle Regeneration

Investment appraisal for the successful bid which has led to the delivery of over 3,000 new homes in Central London.

The Wharves, Deptford

Led the purchase of a 10 acre site with an existing consent for 920 homes and 200,000 sq ft of commercial space, including complex due diligence and financial analysis.

St John Bosco College, Wandsworth

Acquired two sites for 220 homes, with the consideration being delivery of a new 1,300-pupil secondary school for the vendor, a Catholic Educational Trust. Led the preparation of two successful planning applications for the sites.

Empire House, Chiswick

Acquired 3 linked sites for a residential and retail development. Secured planning consent for 130 homes and 12,000 sqft of high street retail.

Crosby Homes

Managed Lendlease's regional housing development division. Reviewing and prioritising the development portfolio; leading the team's management restructuring.

Adelaide Wharf, Hackney

Negotiated and managed funding of an award-winning 147 home, mixed tenure development. Delivered successfully in partnership with First Base and English Partnerships.
